Andrew Gibbons

Andrew specialises in leadership development, employee engagement and one to one coaching.  He is an Accredited Executive Coach with 20 years’ commercial experience, a founder member of the Coaching Community at the Oxford University’s Said Business School and an Associate Fellow of the University.  Andrew has worked with a wide range of organisations across the public and private sectors facilitating senior executive teams facing conflict or challenge, delivering leadership development programmes, and running employee engagement workshops.
Andrew has a Masters qualification in coaching and a level 7 ILM Certificate in Coaching and Leadership mentoring.
