Jon is Senior Partner at Ezek Consulting. He began his career in Retail, before moving to Financial Services as Personnel Director. He then moved to the European Division of a global car manufacturer, first as HR Director and ultimately as European Commercial Director.
In recent years he has specialised in working with individual Directors, Senior Managers and Professionals as an Executive Coach/Mentor, enabling them to make sense of their role in a world of significant change and ambiguity, challenging established thinking, and encouraging the development of critical skillsets to maximise their own impact. His style is open, direct and supportive and entirely focussed on the needs of the individual.
Jon has written a number of articles on Career Management and remains a recalcitrant member of the CIPD.
